We are happy to exchange our products if they do not fit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please ensure that you email us (email@example.com) to let us know the parcel is coming, and include a note specifying your exchange details (including replacement colour, size, sex etc. as well as your original order number).
Refunds (if applicable)
If an item is faulty, we will offer a full refund. After communication, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
