Sharks are ancient, apex predators, and are both loved and demonised. There are over 500 species and sizes can vary from 17cm to the largest fish in the world - the whale shark which can reach up to 12m in length. Between 70-100 million sharks per year are killed by people. Many of these sharks are critical to healthy marine ecosystems.
Sharks can be large, small, loved, or feared. As part of an ancient group of fish, sharks are vital for healthy marine ecosystems. All of these sharks call NZ waters home. From top to bottom: black tipped reef, white tip, great white, whale, hammerhead, basking, thresher* and mako*.

As a general rule we recommend the following care for our garments:
• machine wash cold with like colours
• avoid bleach
• line dry in the shade if possible
• do not dry clean
• our prints are fine to iron over (as they are heat cured)
• designs can fade over time, and fading is hastened by frequent hot washes.

The chest width is measured across the garment, armpit-to-armpit.
